- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP as applicable.
- Critical Care experience and specialty certifications like CCRN or CEN are preferred.
