Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical, Full-Time Days

Role: Registered Nurses provide high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They act as intermediaries between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include

• Monitoring, evaluating, and documenting patient conditions and care plans
• Delivering safe, effective care aligned with policies and procedures
• Advocating for patients and addressing concerns promptly
• Communicating relevant information to families and care teams
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting organizational goals
• Mentoring and fostering professional growth among colleagues
• Maintaining certifications, licenses, and engaging in ongoing professional development

Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred), active RN license (single state or multi-state compact), BLS certification, and relevant experience. Skills include strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
