- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ICU
- Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of practice
- Take responsibility and accountability for patient outcomes
- Lead and supervise unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering quality care
- Contribute to safety outcomes and enhance patient experience
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- BSN degree preferred
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required
- Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience preferred
