Physical Therapist - Sign On Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide personalized patient care in a full-time role. Key responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, diagnosing movement impairments, developing individualized treatment plans, and utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain and improve mobility. The role involves documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure in Oregon in good standing
• CPR and first aid certifications
  
  

Key Duties

• Provide excellent 1:1 patient care, with sessions typically lasting around 40 minutes
• Assess patient movements and concerns to inform diagnoses
• Create and implement treatment plans with clear goals and outcomes
• Use manual therapy, exercises, and equipment to facilitate recovery
• Track patient progress and modify treatments as needed
