Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, offer wound care and patient education, monitor and report patient condition changes, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate care with healthcare team, and perform additional duties as required by the facility.
Qualifications: Active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD test, and ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodation.
