- Monitor and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes
- Perform diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state
- CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
- Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments regardless of demographic factors
