Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT, OTR/L)

Role Overview: The Occupational Therapist provides home health services, assessing patients' functional status, daily activities, fine motor skills, and environment to develop personalized care plans. They evaluate and monitor patient progress, collaborate with physicians, and conduct home assessments and equipment recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and evaluations within scope of practice, using evidence-based techniques.
• Develop and implement therapy plans in coordination with healthcare team.
• Document patient responses and communicate changes to relevant team members.
• Assess functional abilities through diagnostic tests.
• Provide care regardless of patient demographics or home environment.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Preferred: CPR certification, ability to handle multiple tasks independently, strong communication and organizational skills.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $80,220 to $120,330 annually, with pay based on productivity and experience. Compensation includes per visit pay and hourly rates for non-visit activities. Benefits encompass comprehensive packages, recognition programs, stock options, and 401(k).
