Role Overview: The Nurse Manager for Patient Safety Attendants is responsible for the 24/7 oversight of a team of approximately 70 FTEs, including Patient Safety Attendants and Behavioral Health Technicians.

- Integrate clinical, human resources, and financial data to support decision-making.
- Optimize monitoring equipment and IT connectivity, with procedures to maintain patient safety during downtime.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
- Advocate for quality improvement and resource allocation.
- Lead a team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- BSN or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
- Minimum of five years recent nursing experience, including two years in clinical hospital settings with leadership skills.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
