Role: Nurse Educator (RN) responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing hospital training programs for RN, LVN, and MHT staff. Provides patient nursing assessments as needed and participates in Treatment Team meetings.

- Assist the CNO in evaluating and designing staff training events.
- Conduct patient assessments and contribute to treatment planning.
- Support hospital training initiatives and ensure compliance with standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN/BSN preferred.
- California RN licensure required.
- At least three years of clinical experience, preferably in psychiatric or mental health settings, with staff education experience.
- Knowledge of patient rights, crisis intervention, complex care planning, and relevant laws.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workloads, work effectively with diverse teams, and handle fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, resourcefulness, and confidentiality awareness.
