- Monitor client outcomes and support crisis intervention when needed.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for participants.
- Utilize data and technology to inform treatment and track progress.
- Strong understanding of mental health practices, trauma-informed care, and group facilitation.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, mission-driven team.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and crisis management skills.
