- Administer medications, document, and oversee staff medication administration
- Implement prescribed medical treatments and personal care
- Conduct assessments and develop healthcare plans, responding to condition changes
- Train staff on infection control, medication procedures, and safety protocols
- Serve as liaison with medical providers and coordinate external services
- Provide health education including self-medication, STD prevention, and smoking cessation
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or related field, or state certification
- At least one year of relevant nursing experience
- Current state LPN or LVN license
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Certifications such as CPR/FA, HIV/AIDS, BBP, and ACT as required
- Strong communication skills with staff, individuals, and families
