Summary of the Nursing Role

Follow the plan of care and evaluate patient responses to treatments, supporting the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications & Skills: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Missouri, with current BLS certification and a valid driver’s license. Must have completed an accredited nursing program and possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Capable of reading and interpreting safety documents, documenting care, and communicating effectively with individuals and small groups. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data collection are essential.
Work Environment & Additional Requirements: Work indoors, exposed to infectious diseases and around individuals with mental health challenges. May involve driving between locations and performing on-call duties. Must pass background checks and health screenings, with ongoing training and compliance with safety standards.
