- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions.
- Providing basic care such as vital sign measurement, wound dressing, and patient hygiene assistance.
- Performing laboratory tests, preparing patients for procedures, and assembling medical equipment.
- Supervising aides, managing supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Offering personal care, assisting with mobility, and supporting family members in home settings.
- Current Louisiana LPN license and CPR certification.
- Minimum one year of LPN experience, preferably with pediatric, ventilator, trach, or long-term care experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately, adapt to change, and handle stressful situations responsibly.
