- Providing direct nursing care based on individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Conducting resident assessments and monitoring changes in condition
- Performing wound care and clinical procedures as needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Supervising and supporting STNAs during daily activities
- Communicating resident status updates to physicians and the care team
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active, unencumbered Ohio LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
