Under supervision, they assist with activities of daily living, medication administration, and ensure proper documentation and communication across shifts.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a team leader among aides, guiding routine care and documentation.
- Administer medications and personal care tasks appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with staff and support residents' needs.
- Maintain compliance with care standards and safety protocols.
- National Provider BLS certification.
- Six months of medication administration experience.
- Preferred: Completion of medication training and Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Commitment to elder care and community health.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
