Role: Internal Travel Team / Intensive Care Unit Clinical Instructor

Responsibilities

  • Educate pre-licensure nursing students across clinical, lab, and simulation settings
  • Supervise, evaluate, and mentor students to ensure clinical competence
  • Integrate evidence-based practices and adult learning principles into teaching
  • Collaborate with nursing faculty and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality education
  • Travel between university and healthcare locations to provide consistent training and supervision

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in clinical education, preferably in intensive care or similar settings
  • Strong mentorship and evaluation skills
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and adult learning methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and healthcare teams
  • Flexibility to travel between educational and healthcare facilities
