Role Overview: The Home Infusion Registered Nurse provides in-home administration of intravenous medications, focusing on patient well-being, building relationships, and ensuring optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusion medications and manage patient responses.
• Follow up on patient care, document interactions, and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and therapeutic teams to meet patient needs.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• At least 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Strong IV insertion skills and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel locally, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and participate in on-call rotations.
