We are seeking a Safety Specialist to ensure a safe and compliant environment across healthcare facilities.

In this role, you will

  • conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • ensure adherence to OSHA, Joint Commission, and healthcare safety standards
  • develop and deliver safety training programs
  • support emergency preparedness initiatives
  • analyze incident trends and recommend corrective actions
  • collaborate with clinical and support teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
  • help protect patients, visitors, and staff by maintaining regulatory compliance

Key qualifications include strong knowledge of safety regulations, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to foster a safety-conscious environment.
