Responsibilities Include
- Seeing approximately 20 patients per day after ramp-up period
- Rotational call coverage shared among providers
- Practicing in diverse settings such as health villages and neighborhood offices
- Adhering to open office hours (7am-8pm in St. Augustine; 8am-5pm in Palm Coast)
- Board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Focus on quality care and patient satisfaction
- Ability to manage a growing patient volume within 3-6 months
- Strong communication and organizational skills
