The Maintenance Director is responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and smoothly operating skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

- Oversee building systems, equipment, grounds, work orders, vendors, supplies, and manage maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, building, fire, and workplace safety standards, promptly addressing hazards and documenting work.
