- Conducting hourly rounds, collecting vital signs, and reporting medical concerns to providers.
- Responding to medical emergencies and ensuring a safe, supportive environment.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members and managing communication with patients and families.
- Current LPN licensure and ability to practice.
- College or high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with withdrawal protocols, group behavior, and therapeutic rapport building.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and KIPU EHR software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and ascend stairs.
