- Work within a collaborative perioperative team, supporting smooth workflows and efficient patient care.
- Provide anesthesia coverage with structured call duties, responding within 30 minutes when scheduled.
- Operate independently with no prescriptive authority needed, supporting adult patient populations.
- Board certification is mandatory.
- Strong autonomous practice skills and ability to handle a varied case load.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Deliver anesthesia services during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Manage cases with a supportive staff including nursing, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
- Participate in call coverage with a quick response time.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
