Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - Physician Office

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team at the Easley location of Upstate Cardiology. The CMA will provide exceptional patient care and support to our cardiology providers in a fast-paced physician office setting.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Performing clinical tasks such as taking patient histories, vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations
• Assisting physicians during exams and procedures
• Collecting and processing laboratory specimens and performing basic clinical tests
• Ensuring accurate documentation of patient information in electronic health records
• Providing patient education and answering general questions about treatments and medications
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
  
  

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Knowledge of cardiology procedures and EHR systems is a plus.
