Caregiver - Full-Time

Caregiver Role Summary

We are seeking compassionate individuals to serve as Caregivers dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for senior residents.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Following and documenting Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence
• Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicating effectively with families and care team members
• Creating enriching experiences for residents, especially in memory care settings
  
  

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and have CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.

Skills required: compassion, reliability, and strong communication abilities.
