Role: Architectural Revit Technician

Responsibilities

  • Lead Revit modeling, construction documentation, and CAFM data management for a large healthcare portfolio.
  • Develop comprehensive Revit construction document sets for interior renovations.
  • Collaborate with the Architectural Project Manager and report to the Director of Architecture to ensure project focus and delivery.
  • Coordinate drawing production and maintain design consistency across projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Revit for modeling and documentation.
  • Experience with construction documentation and CAFM data management.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with project teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
