Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency
- Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
- Providing anesthesia across six operating rooms and other clinical areas
- Participating in call shifts, including home and onsite responsibilities
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety
- Base salary between $545k-$555k, with potential to earn additional incentives
- Sign-on bonus of $75k
- Benefits including 10 weeks off, subsidized health plans, paid family leave, professional expense allowance, retirement contributions, and relocation incentives
- Eligible for PSLF program
