Role: Radiologic Technologist (RAD Tech) responsible for operating radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment, evaluating image quality, and supporting patient care in ED, inpatient, and portable settings.
Responsibilities: Work with diverse patient populations including pediatrics and neonates, perform competency check-offs for students, and adapt to departmental needs by floating when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at a large trauma facility, BLS and ARRT certification, graduated from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program, proficient with EMR systems like EPIC and Sectra, and familiar with GE, Phillips, and CareStream equipment.
Key Duties: Operate and evaluate radiologic images, ensure technical quality, and collaborate with department staff. Must be flexible with shift days and work with students on competency assessments.
