- managing acutely and chronically critically ill or injured adult patients
- collaborating with intensivists for medical and surgical management
- performing advanced airway management and invasive procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, tube thoracostomy, and dialysis catheters
- administering and titrating vasoactive drugs, insulin infusions, sedation, and analgesia
- completion of an approved Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program
- current license and national certification in Delaware
- valid prescriptive authority and DEA license or eligibility
- current BLS and ACLS certifications
- minimum of 2 years critical care experience
- certification in airway management within 1 year of hire
