What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab Assistant (Small Family Pharmacy) position at Health First! Pharmacy & Compounding Center?
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join our compounding pharmacy team. This position is part-time, Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

What you’ll do in this role:
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and tracking compounding supplies and chemicals
- Support facilities management tasks such as cleaning laboratory equipment and maintaining a tidy work environment
- Help ensure that all equipment and lab areas meet safety and regulatory standards
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the pharmacy staff and operations
- Handle some physical tasks, including lifting and breaking down boxes
- Maintain patient privacy (HIPAA compliant)
- Support the team’s success and uphold all company protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required: prior experience in a lab or pharmacy is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detsil and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as the need arises
