Medical Equipment Service Technician Position Immediately Available
Summary of Job Responsibilities: Service Tech is responsible for the delivery, and set-up of durable medical equipment and the pickup of equipment as needed. Will be driving a Box truck with lift gate, instructs on the use and maintenance of home medical equipment. Evaluates home environments for safe and effective use of equipment. Responsibilities and Duties
o Customer Service:
o Equipment delivery and setup in home/facility
o Client, caregiver instruction on safe use of equipment
o Picks up equipment from client home/facility
o Records delivery and instruction activities
o Turns in all delivery activity records daily
o Attends regular technician in-service
o Brings opportunities for improvements to the attention of supervisor
o Other Duties as may be assigned
The Qualified Candidate must have:
o Class C driver’s license
o Has satisfactory references from current employers and professional peers.
o Has excellent observation and communication skills
o Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
o Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
o Clean driving record
