Health First, Central Florida’s premier health system, is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Uro hospitalist to provide high-quality inpatient urologic care across our hospitals in Brevard County. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a thriving healthcare system located just minutes from the beach, Kennedy Space Center, and Orlando.
Position Highlights
Health First has been providing quality care to Brevard county residents since 1995. Health First delivers healthcare services throughout Brevard County with a network comprised of 4 hospitals with 868 beds, a multi-specialty medical group, a health plan, and numerous outpatient/wellness services.
About Health First Medical Group
Health First Medical Group is the oldest and largest multi-specialty group on the Space Coast. It comprises more than 400 providers practicing at more than 25 office locations in over 50 different specialties.
About Cape Canaveral Hospital
Located just off SR 520 on the Banana River in Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral Hospital features 150 beds and 240 highly skilled Medical Staff members.
Our hospital offers beautiful water views from its Birthing Care Center. The Women's Diagnostic Center features state-of-the-art, personalized services including Digital Mammography, Ultrasound, Stereotactic Breast Biopsy, and MRI breast imaging and is accredited by the American College of Radiology and the US Food and Drug Administration.
Additionally, Cape Canaveral Hospital boasts a 21-bed Level II Emergency Department and an adjoining six-story Medical Plaza that includes physician's offices, a conference center, pre-operative testing, outpatient registration for laboratory testing and same-day surgery, as well as a Health Resource Center for the community.

Position Highlights
- Provide inpatient call coverage for urology services
- Manage inpatient urology consults in collaboration with our established hospitalist team
- Perform bedside procedures, including cystoscopies, and other inpatient urologic interventions
- Conduct daily rounding on admitted urology patients
- Work closely with clinic-based urologists to ensure continuity of care and coordinated outpatient follow-up
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology
- Active Florida medical license
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both inpatient and outpatient care teams
