Memorial Healthcare System in South Florida is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a strong interest in the care and management of patients with sickle cell disease. This full-time, employed opportunity with the multi-specialty Memorial Physician Group, and offers the opportunity to work in collaboration with a board-certified hematologist who serves as the Medical Director of a dedicated sickle cell medical home.

- Opportunity to join a comprehensive, multidisciplinary care team that includes a social worker, pharmacist, wellness coach, and dedicated nurses
- Access to dedicated outpatient hematology clinics, infusion/day hospital services, and embedded primary care
- Access to apheresis and transfusion services
- Collaborate with a board-certified hematologist medical director and a team of advanced practice providers dedicated solely to the care of adult patients with sickle cell disease
