The Position
- 4-day work week, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri
- Low daily patient volumes of 14-16 per day
- Practice alongside 6 physicians and 6 APPs
- Compensation includes Base Salary of $300K with a Partnership option after 1 year, total income as a Partner exceeds $350K
- Sign-on/Relocation of $40K, Full and Comprehensive Benefits, 401K w/ match, PTO, and CME
