About The Practice
River and Coast Women's Care is a well-established, patient-centered group with a strong reputation for compassionate, personalized women's health. The practice offers comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care with modern facilities and a collaborative team environment.
- Locations: Two office sites - Southside Jacksonville and St. Johns
- Hospital affiliations: Deliveries and surgeries performed at Ascension St. Vincent's Southside and Baptist Medical Center South; and soon to be Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns County.
- Team structure: 4 Board-Certified OB/GYNs and 6 Apps
- Call schedule: 1:4, shared evenly among physicians
- Patient volume: Each physician sees an average of 25 patients per day
- Culture: Supportive, collegial, and dedicated to work-life balance
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary Year 1: $300,000
- Generous Sign-On Bonus
- Competitive salary with negotiable relocation assistance
- Full benefits package including health, retirement, and malpractice coverage

- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC)
