- Join a collaborative team of 5 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners.
- Flexible schedule: Physicians enjoy a 3.5-day work week with block time for surgeries.
- Call: 1:6, clinic patients only. Supportive, collegial environment focused on work-life balance.
- Hospitalist backup available for deliveries at the on-call physician's discretion.
- Deliveries and surgeries at Northwestern Hospital Bentonville (Level II NICU with board-certified neonatologists). Nearby Willow Creek Hospital offers Level III NICU. Robotics available.
- Balanced OB/GYN workload with diverse cases.
- Office services include:
- Obstetrics and 4D ultrasound
- Gynecology procedures: hysteroscopy, LEEP, colposcopy, CO?RE Intima, Novasure

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Current Unrestricted State Medical License
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
