Neonatologist Position - Yuma, AZ
Responsibilities
19-bed High Level II Equivalent (Level II EQ) NICU caring for neonates as early as 28 weeks gestation Average daily census of 11-13 infants, supporting a manageable and patient-focused practice 24/7 in-house neonatologist coverage, promoting continuity of care and clinical excellence Neonatologists attend high-risk deliveries for infants <35 weeks gestation or as clinically indicated Neonatologist will practice within an integrated, physician-led network of: Exposure to advanced clinical care and technologies, including ECMO, high-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV), oscillator ventilation, and participation in clinical research

- 28 neonatologists
- 42 neonatal nurse practitioners
- 2 physician assistants providing coordinated, multi-level neonatal services across Arizona

- Ability to obtain AZ licensure
