- Multi-specialty clinic serving the greater Fond du Lac area in Wisconsin
- Affiliated with SSM Health
- Competitive Compensation & Signing Bonus
- Full-time position consisting of 8 half days per week
- Part-time positions consist of a variety of schedules
- Outstanding physician engagement and retention rates
- Reasonable phone-only call rotation with after-hours nurse triage
