The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. What You’ll Do
Comprehensive Care:
- Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care
- Build strong, longitudinal relationships with patients across all ages
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers
- Work alongside embedded support services, including behavioral health, social work, care management, and diabetes education
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire (Maine licensure a plus)
- 2 years of experience preferred
