Strategic Leadership
- Partner with hospital leadership to expand clinical services and enhance physician engagement
- Collaborate with division directors to elevate clinical quality and operational excellence
- Drive care model improvements
- Lead patient satisfaction initiatives
- Oversee quality management, utilization, credentialing, and physician practice evaluation
- Implement performance improvement programs with measurable outcomes
- Ensure clinical compliance and optimize patient care models
- Monitor quality dashboards and maintain standards of excellence
- Assist in the recruitment, development, and retention of world-class clinical faculty
- Foster collaborative relationships among physicians, nursing, and administration

Required:
- MD or equivalent from accredited medical school with pediatric board certification
- New York State medical license or eligibility
- Minimum 10 years progressive physician leadership experience
