- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Flexible
- Need 2 days per week (flexible)
- 5 - 7 consults per week, 23 - 27 on treatment per day, 10 follow-ups per week
- SBRT, IGRT, SRS & may need to do consults depending on the day, see OTV's on Thursdays
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
