Job Summary
Health Directions, Inc., a managing and consulting company of London, Kentucky, is currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to support our C-Suite leadership team with a short term advancement opportunity. The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of confidential administrative and project management duties to ensure effective organizational operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with diplomacy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to C-Suite executives, including the CEO, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Act as liaison between C-Suite members and internal departments, staff, and external clients.
- Represent executives and/or the organization at meetings and workshops as needed.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources.
- Assist with data collection, report preparation, quality control activities, and department requisitions.
- Support the execution of departmental and cross-departmental projects including Administration, Finance, and Legal.
- Participate in the development and rollout of new programs.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and reports.
- Disseminate internal communications and assist with improving corporate communication strategies.
- Maintain flexibility to provide assistance across departments as needed.
- Support adherence to the organization’s Corporate Compliance Plan, legal requirements, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a business school or college with coursework in accounting, computer technology, or office administration, preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and both verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Physical ability to perform job functions as required.
