What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers )
Lead Clinical Excellence:
- Oversee and direct all nursing and clinical services, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement care plans, policies, and procedures to meet resident needs and align with best practices.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and drive performance through data and quality metrics.
Build & Support a Strong Team:
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor nursing staff to create a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Provide regular performance feedback, ongoing education, and support for clinical staff development.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment that aligns with our mission and values.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain readiness for state and federal surveys, ensuring documentation, procedures, and staffing meet standards.
- Lead QAPI initiatives and follow up on audits, plans of correction, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with medical directors, pharmacy consultants, and regulatory agencies as needed.
Collaborate Across Departments:
- Partner with other department leaders to support interdisciplinary communication and resident-centered care.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and corporate teams on staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Participate in care conferences, family meetings, and community events as a clinical leader and advocate.
Support Resident Wellness & Satisfaction:
- Build strong relationships with residents and families to ensure their needs and concerns are heard and addressed.
- Foster a culture that promotes dignity, independence, and holistic care.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Clinical Expertise)
Education & Licensure:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current RN license in the state of employment required.
- CPR certification and knowledge of infection control best practices required.
Experience & Leadership:
- Minimum 2–3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Proven ability to manage staffing, scheduling, training, and clinical compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, survey processes, and QAPI initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.

Schedule:
- Full-Time, Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm*
