Your Impact as an RN

· Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and clinical oversight

· Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

· Administer medications and treatments with the highest level of accuracy

· Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to LPNs and CNAs

· Lead and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

· Respond to changes in resident condition with timely critical thinking and action

· Collaborate with families, providers, and leadership with professionalism and compassion

· Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to regulatory standards

· Promote a safe, supportive, and resident-centered environment

Ideal Candidates Are:

· Licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) in the state of Iowa (or compact license)

· Strong communicators with excellent clinical judgment
