What You’ll Do

· Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

· Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

· Complete thorough assessments and documentation in PCC

· Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes

· Communicate effectively with families, providers, and leadership

· Support resident dignity, engagement, and individualized needs

· Respond promptly to changes in condition and escalate concerns appropriately

· Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and kindness in every interaction

· A current LPN license in the state of Iowa (or compact license)
