ProCare Therapy Services is now hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per-Diem homecare positions across Rhode Island. This is a great opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes while being supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments in patients’ homes under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care following established plans of care
- Manage and organize a weekly caseload efficiently
- Communicate effectively with supervising therapists and the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with agency standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active Rhode Island Physical Therapist Assistant license (required)
- Minimum of one (1) year homecare experience
- Valid Rhode Island driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong organizational, time management, and treatment skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Immunization records compliant with RIDOH requirements
- National Background Check required
