This position is responsible for supporting the divisions technology needs by researching, assisting, and participating in the strategy and technology delivery across the division and the enterprise; serving in a consultative oversight, solution development and tracking of tactics and programs; interacting with all levels of management and staff, including senior management; keeping senior leaders up to date and engaged on the process. May require occasional travel including overnight stays. Uat & production verification may occasionally require working nights and/or weekends.

Required Job Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree and 4 years of experience consulting, business analysis, or project management role OR 7 years of experience in a healthcare, consulting, business analysis, or project management role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of communications tools, strategies and implementation process.
- Experience analyzing problems, providing recommendations for improvement, and assisting in so.
- Extensive Salesforce/CRM experience preferred
- Marketing cloud experience to include provider operations/communications
- Experience in Business operations and Business improvements
- Strong understanding of business workflows and stakeholder alignment
- experience driving operational efficiency, reporting and business process alignment- Not system configuration or CRM Management responsibilities
