Required Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years managed care operations experience handling independent work, or 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience facilitating virtual meetings, presentations, and educational sessions.
- Experience reviewing and maintaining provider policies, procedures, communications, and operational documentation with a high degree of accuracy and diligence.
- Proven organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Experience supporting provider network operations, including provider data maintenance and contract updates.
- Experience analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking operational trends.
- Experience resolving provider inquiries and coordinating issue resolution across teams.
- Experience supporting provider recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
