This position is responsible for Supervising the daily activities of a group of customer service representatives who respond to and research customer/member inquiries/issues. Provides direction and guidance regarding policies, procedures, workflows, customer service quality, and training needs. Responsible for monitoring customer service standards. This is the first line supervisor of Customer Service Representatives. Typically has two or more years of customer service experience.

Required Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5 experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of Medicare systems preferred but not required
- Demonstrated excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Must be computer proficient
- Ability to work in and succeed in a team oriented environment
- 2 years of Customer service experience in a production or service operations environment.
- 2 years of previous management in a call center environment or people leadership experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
