This position is responsible for managing the alignment and integration of Individual and Family Markets (IFM) regulatory filing activities to ensure consistency and efficiency. Manages the Qualified Health Plan (QHP) plan management filing process for regulations related to ACA, healthcare reform and processes that affect multiple functional areas within IFM. Manages prioritization of IFM activities and tracks progress to goals.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 year’s experience in health care, health insurance, or consulting environment
- Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, project management, project portfolio management and/or analytics and research
- Experience with Retail Markets within the health care insurance industry
- Management experience leading and mentoring staff.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
- Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks.
- Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
- Advanced level of business acumen and project/process integration skills.
- Strong facilitation skills
- MBA or advanced degree
- 8 years of Health care industry experience
- Affordable Care Act Knowledge
- Lead SME role in large programs
