Job SummaryThis position will be responsible for managing a new Individual and Family Markets (IFM) team responsible for requirement research, document language drafting, and cross-team processes involved with document creation, maintenance/revision and filing of customer-specific documents for new/existing business in accordance with corporate guidelines, , benefit specifications, and statutory requirements. Supports the performance, overall quality and resource allocation to support all IFM document generation teams. Will support implementation strategies, projects and initiatives.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of health insurance contract operations experience PLUS one year of management experience OR 9 years of health insurance contract operations experience PLUS one year of management experience.
- Knowledge of health products and procedures, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project management skills.
- Customer service experience and acumen.
- Leadership skills.
- Verbal and written communications skills to manage staff and operations, build relationships across the organization and with external key stakeholders, build consensus and issue resolution.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- J. D. degree or 4 years' experience in a leadership role with independent decision-making.
- Experience with change management processes/activities.
- Knowledge of corporate marketing practices, health insurance product lines.
- Experience managing cross-team processes involving regulatory objection flows.
This position is expected to adhere to HCSC's hybrid flex policy of 3 days in office/wk

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range$92,700.00 - $167,500.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
